Our Story
In 2021 Dom and his brother in law, Chef Abdur Rahim bought tiffin Dronfield. Abdur was already resident chef since 2014. Dom owned and ran, Yash restaurant from 2011 until 2016 and has worked in catering since he was 16. Now 36, he's still serving customers with a smile.
In the Kitchen
Chef Abdur Rahim has been chef since 2005. Moved from Bangladesh to the UK in 2002, got married and worked as a sink porter. Soon learned to cook and climbed the catering ladder then opened his first restaurant on Ecclesall Road in 2007. Sold in 2009 and brought Mint Leaf in Dronfield and owned until 2018. Abdur is now the tiffin Dronfield head chef and owner.
